Settle your dispute without going to Court.
Mediate-AI is the settlement marketplace for UK and international disputes. Two private rooms, structured offers, automatic settlement the moment your offer meets the other side's — neutral, fast, binding.
14-day window, binding settlement, AI-mediated. From £69 per side.
Three rooms. One AI mediator.
You and the other side never speak directly. Each of you has a private room. Each posts your current number — the matter auto-settles the moment your offer meets the other side's.
Your room
Tell the AI your case, upload your evidence, and tell it the lowest you'd accept. The other side never sees this.
The mediator
Mediate-AI facilitates offers between the two rooms. Settlement is the amount mutually acceptable to both parties having considered all of the relevant information discussed; if their numbers don't overlap, an open-counter negotiation runs until the published numbers cross or one side accepts the other's offer.
Their room
The other side has the same private setup. Both of you have done your legal research upstream — Mediate-AI is the neutral marketplace where the settlement happens.
What you get
📊 Legal analysis upstream
Mediate-AI is a neutral settlement marketplace. We don't advise either side — both parties bring their own case preparation and meet at our platform to settle. The AI engine surfaces case strength, manages the offer chain, and produces the binding settlement agreement.
🎯 Reservation prices stay private
You tell the AI your floor, they tell it their ceiling. If the numbers overlap, you settle. Neither side ever sees the other's number.
Pricing scaled to your case
Per-side fee tiered by CPR track. Small claims are £69 per side, and nothing is payable until the mediation settles. Above £10k, mediation still isn't a reserved activity — BGLS administers the case for the claimant, and a solicitor is only instructed if it has to go to court.
Small claims (under £10k)
£69
Per side, payable only if the mediation settles. Nothing to pay to start one.
Above £10k — BGLS-administered
BGLS administers for the claimant; the fee arises only on settlement and is settled between the parties. Full table →
Both sides pay the same per-side fee, and only if a settlement is reached — nothing to start, no engagement fee, and no charge at all if the mediation does not settle.
Refusal Certificate
IncludedWhichever side refuses to mediate, the other party gets a sealed, dated certificate (Churchill v Merthyr Tydfil) for the costs schedule.
Bad-Faith Certificate
IncludedIf the other party engages but stonewalls, the good-faith side — claimant or defendant — gets the certificate (Northamber plc v Genee World).
